Overview

Hanten is a Reversi game for iOS developed by Wai Park Soon (trading as PSWai), who acts as the data controller under applicable privacy laws. This privacy policy explains how the App handles information.

Data We Collect

Hanten does not collect, store, or share any personal information. The App does not require account creation or login. No gameplay data, usage statistics, or personally identifiable information is collected by us.

Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect the following data from your device, subject to your consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework:

• Advertising Identifier (IDFA) — used to serve and measure personalized ads
• Device information — device model, OS version, and identifiers
• IP address — used to infer approximate location for ad targeting
• App usage data — interactions and diagnostics

• If you allow tracking, AdMob may use your IDFA to serve personalized ads based on your activity across apps and websites.
• If you decline tracking, non-personalized ads will be displayed instead and your IDFA will not be used for ad targeting.

The legal basis for this data processing is your consent, as provided through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App requests your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites via the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). This permission is used solely for ad personalization via AdMob. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. AdMob is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms of service. Data collected by AdMob is retained according to Google's data retention policies.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data held about you. Since Hanten does not collect personal data directly, any such requests relating to advertising data should be directed to Google. You can manage your data and privacy choices via Google's Privacy Controls. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (DPA). Children's Privacy

Hanten is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page.
